Annotation: Cieľom dizertačnej práce bude systematicky preskúmať rôzne typy adsorpčných interakcií, ktoré majú aplikačný potenciál pre produkciu vybraných aromatických alkoholov pripravených biokatalytickou cestou. Najlepšie adsorbenty potom budú použité pri vývoji efektívnejších separačných procesov, akou je napríklad chromatografia v simulovanej pohyblivej vrstve. Súčasťou vývoja bude zostavenie matematických modelov s experimentálne overenými parametrami. Tieto potom môžu byť použité pre scale-up a návrh poloprevádzkových alebo produkčných procesov.
Annotation in English: The aim of PhD. thesis is to make a systematic investigation of different adsorption interactions having a potential for production of selected aromatic alcohols prepared via biocatalytic route. The best adsorbents will then be used in the development of more efficient separation processes such as the simulated moving bed chromatography. A part of the development will be the creation of mathematical models with experimentally verified parameters. These may be further used in scale-up and design of pilot and production processes.
