Annotation: Dizertačná práca sa bude zaoberať získavaním a charakterizáciou špeciálnych enzýmov, ktoré sa dajú využiť na produkciu terpénov či už priamo v potravinárskych produktoch alebo biokatalytických syntézach. Za týmto účelom sa budú hľadať vhodné mikrobiálne zdroje takýchto enzýmov a optimalizovať procesy ich kultivačnej produkcie a izolácie.
Annotation in English: The PhD. thesis will deal with the preparation and characterization of specialty enzymes that can be utilized in the production of terpenes either directly in food products or in biocatalytic syntheses. For this purpose, suitable microbial producers of such enzymes will be searched and processes of their cultivation production and isolation will be optimized.
