Annotation: Práca je zameraná na experimentálne štúdium nanoobrábania ultrapresných tvarových plôch germániových a kremíkových súčiastok, používaných v röntgenových optických systémoch. Cieľom je optimalizácia technologických parametrov procesu nanoobrábania na obrábacom centre Nanotech 350FG pri výrobe valcových, sférických, parabolických, toroidálnych a logaritmických plôch z pohľadu rozmerovej presnosti a integrity obrobenej plochy. Práca bude riešená v spolupráci s firmou Integra, spol. s r. o., Krakovany a Fyzikálnym ústavom SAV v Bratislave.
Annotation in English: The thesis is aimed at experiemnetal study of nanomachining of ultra-precision shaped surfaces of Ge and Si parts used in x-ray optical systems. The goal is optimization of process parameters of cylindrical, sferical, torodial, parabolic and logaritmic surfaces machined on nanomachining centre Nanotech 350FG. The machined surface accuracy and integrity will be evaluated. The thesis will be solved in cooperation with company Integra Ltd., Krakovany and Institute of physics of Slovak academy of sciences in Bratislava.
