Annotation: Témou dizertačnej práce bude analýza kinetiky emisných a záchytných procesov v štruktúrach na báze GaN spektroskopiou hlbokých energetických hladín a jej modifikáciami v zakázanom pásme polovodiča. Veľká pozornosť bude venovaná skúmaniu distribúcie porúch v HEMT pre RF aplikácie.
Annotation in English: The thesis will deal with the emission and capture processes of charge carriers in the forbidden gap of structures based on GaN by Deep Level Transient Spectroscopy and its modifications. The most significant part of the thesis will be paid to investigate of defect distribution in HEMT for RF applications.
