Annotation: Témou dizertačnej práce bude analýza kinetiky emisných a záchytných procesov v štruktúrach na báze nových polovodičových materiálov spektroskopiou hlbokých energetických hladín a jej modifikáciami v zakázanom pásme polovodiča. Veľká pozornosť bude venovaná identifikácii parametrov hlbokých hladín z DLTS spektier získaných z kapacitných transient s neexponenciálnym charakterom.
Annotation in English: The thesis will deal with the emission and capture processes of charge carriers in the forbidden gap of structures based on new semiconductors materials by Deep Level Transient Spectroscopy and its modifications. The most significant part of the thesis will be the identification of deep level parameters from DLTS spectra obtained from the capacitance transients with non exponential character.
