Annotation: Komplexný pohľad na metódy a nástroje využívané v strategickom marketingovom plánovaní s ohľadom na neustále sa meniace podmienky globálneho trhu a zabezpečením udržateľného rozvoja priemyselných podnikov. Doktorand v rámci spracovávania témy dizertačnej práce teoreticky popíše využívané nástroje a jednotlivé metódy v rámci plánovania, s ich možnosťami využitia v oblasti strategického marketingu. Porovná jednotlivé metódy a navrhne postup, ktorý zabezpečí získanie a využitie údajov na predikovanie možností a komplexné strategické marketingové plánovanie, s ohľadom na zlepšenie vzťahov so zákazníkmi a zabezpečenie udržateľnej konkurencieschopnosti podnikov.
Annotation in English: A comprehensive view of the methods and tools used in planning for strategic marketing in respect of the constantly changing conditions at the global market and ensuring the sustainable development in industrial enterprises. The PhD student theoretically describes the tools and methods used in the planning process with their possibilities of use in strategic marketing. Comparing individual methods and suggests a procedure that will ensure the acquisition and use of data to predict options and comprehensive strategic marketing planning, respecting improvement of customer relationships and sustainable business competitiveness.
