Annotation: Cieľom dizertačnej práce bude preštudovať možnosti inovácie nápojov na báze cereálnych materiálov. V priebehu riešenia práce budú vyvinuté rôzne druhy fermentovaných nápojov na báze cereálií a pseudocereálií. Samostatná časť práce bude venovaná vývoju nových druhov nápojov určených pre skupinu obyvateľov so špecifickými výživovými potrebami.
Annotation in English: The aim of the dissertation will be to study the possibilities of innovation of cereal based beverages. Different types of fermented beverages based on cereals and pseudocereals will be developed during the dissertation. A separate part of the dissertation will be oriented to the development of new types of beverages for a group of people with specific nutritional needs.
