Annotation: Témou dizertačnej práce bude návrh kompozície, príprava a charakterizácia vysokotvrdých povlakov pre nástrojové materiály pripravených metódami vákuového naprašovania a naparovania. Bazálny systém bude tvorený nitridmi titánu a hlinika s prídavkami vanádu, molybdénu, kremíka, tantalu a bóru. Pre hodnotenie štruktúrnych vlastností budú použité moderné analytické metódy SEM, TEM, AES, GDOES, XRD. Pre hodnotenie kvalitatívnych vlastností povlakov budú použité tribometrické metódy a technologické skúšky. Na základe týchto výstupov bude optimalizované chemické zloženie povlakov a modifikované fyzikálne parametre naparovania a naprašovania. Navrhnutá téma korešponduje s riešeným projektom VEGA 1/0540/19, navrhnutým projektom APVV-0323-18 a bilaterárnymi projektmi s Estónskou technickou univerzitou a s firmou PLATIT AG.
Annotation in English: The topic of the dissertation thesis is the design of composition, preparation and characterization of high-hard coatings for tool materials prepared by vacuum sputtering and evaporation methods. The base system will be titanium and aluminum nitrides with vanadium, molybdenum, silicon, tantalum and boron additions. Modern SEM, TEM, AES, GDOES, and XRD analytical methods will be used to evaluate structural properties. Tribometric methods and technological tests will be used to assess the qualitative properties of coatings. Based on these outputs, the optimized chemical composition of coatings will be modified by the physical parameters of vaporization and sputtering. The proposed topic corresponds to the project VEGA 1/0540/19, with the proposed project APVV-0323-18 and bilateral projects with the Estonian Technical University and with PLATIT AG.
