Annotation: Hierarchicky štrukturované materiály predstavujú nový moderný cieľ pri príprave heterogénnych katalyzátorov. Obsahujú dva rozdielne nezávislé systémy pórov – mikropóry a mezopóry. Mikropórová časť zabezpečuje tvarovo-selektívnu katalytickú aktivitu, a mezopóprová štruktúra výrazne zlepšuje vnútornú difúziu molekúl reaktantov k aktívnym centrám a molekúl produktov nazad do prúdu reakčnej zmesi. Pripravujú sa buď priamo modifikáciou syntézneho gélu pri syntéze zeolitov, alebo post-syntéznymi modifikáciami a rekryštalizáciami už hotových zeolitov. Práca sa bude zaoberať prípravou hierarchicky-štrukturovaných zeolitov ZSM-5 a mordenitov, ich charakterizáciou dostupnými fyzikálno-chemickými a spektrálnymi metodikami (XRD, fyzikálna adsorpcia dusíka, SEM, TEM, TPDA, FTIR a pod.) a laboratórnym testovaním v niektorých významných petrochemických a rafinérskych katalytických procesoch ako sú alkylácia, krakovanie, izomerizácia a pod.
Annotation in English: Hierarchically-structured matierials represent a new modern target in the preparation of heterogeneous catalysts. They contain two independent pore systems – micropores and mesopores. Micropore part ensures shape-selective catalytic activitym and mesoporous structure significantly improves internal diffusion of molecules of reactant to active centers anf molecules of product back to the flow of reaction mixture. They are prepared directly by modification of synthesis gel at synthesis of zeolites, or post-synthesis modification and recrystalization of already prepared zeolites. The project will deal with the preparation of hierarchically-structured zeolites ZSM-5 and mordenite, with their characterization by physico-chemical and spectral methods (XRD, physical adsorption of nitrogen, SEM, TEM, TPDA, FTIR etc.) and with their laboratora testing in some important refinery and petrochemical catalytic processes as alkylation, cracking, izomerization etc.
