Annotation: Heterogénne katalyzovaná transesterifikácia olejov s metanolom predstavuje atraktívny proces na prípravu bionafty. Bionafta je sľubnou náhradou fosílnej nafty, pretože jej obnoviteľná povaha je účinná pri znižovaní emisií skleníkových plynov. Komerčne sa bionafta vyrába transesterifikáciou triglyceridov získaných z rastlinných olejov a živočíšnych tukov s krátkymi alkoholmi za tvorby alkylesterov a glycerolu. V súčasnosti je táto reakcia v priemyselnom merítku realizovaná s homogénnymi katalyzátormi, predovšetkým s NaOH. Avšak, tento proces má aj mnoho nedostatkov medzi ktoré patria: zmydeľňovanie oleja, nemožnosť znovu použitia katalyzátora a tvorba veľkého množstva odpadnej vody. Pozornosť vo výskume sa preto venuje hlavne heterogénnym katalyzátorom, na báze zmesných oxidov typu Mg-Al. Tieto katalyzátory majú oproti klasickým homogénnym katalyzátorom niekoľko výhod, ako: nekorozívna reakčná zmes, možnosť regenerácie a recyklácie katalyzátora, jednoduché delenie katalyzátora od reakčnej zmesi a vznik nekontaminovaných produktov.
Annotation in English: Transesterification of oils with methanol catalyzed by heterogeneous catalysts represents very attractive process of the preparation of bio-diesel. Bio-diesel is promising substitute of fosil fuel, because its renewable nature is effective at the decrease of emission of greenhouse gases. Bio-diesel is commertially produced by treansesterification of triglycerides obtained from vegetable oils and animal fats with short alcohols with the creation af alkylesters and glycerol. At the present days this reaction in industrial scale is realized with homogeneous catalysts, mainly with NaOH. But this process has several disadvanteges, as saponifying of oil, creation of great volume of waste water, and catalyst is not regenerated. Attention in research is turned to heterogeneous catalysts, mainly based on mixed oxides of Mg-Al types. These catalysts have several advantages in comparison with classic homogeneous catalysts, as non-corrosive activity, possibility to regenerate and recycling and simple separation of catalysts from reaction mixture without production of contaminated products.
