Annotation: Téma dizertačnej práce zahŕňa prípravu polyamidov polyadíciou diamínov s nenasýtenými butyrolaktónmi, ktoré je možné získať z biomasy. Pripravené polyamidy obsahujú hydroxylové skupiny, ktoré je možné následne využiť na ďalšiu funkcionalizáciu. Pripravia sa polyamidy s rôznymi diamínmi resp. polyamínmi a budú sa študovať vlastnosti pripravených polymérov. Taktiež sa bude študovať možnosť prípravy nanovlákenných materiálov elektrospiningom pripravených polyamidov a možnosť ich využitia pre naviazanie rôznych aktívnych látok. Štúdium degradácie polyamidov bude taktiež predmetom dizertačnej práce.
Annotation in English: Thesis project includes synthesis of polyamides by polyadition of biobased unsaturated butyrolactones. Prepared polyamides contain pendant hydroxyl groups, which can be used for further postfunctionalization reactions. Various diamines or polyamines will be used for preparation of the polyamides and their properties will be investigated. Possibility to prepare nanofibres from these polyamides by electrospining and ability to use these materials for bonding of various active compounds will be studied as well. Study of degradation of the polyamides will be also studied within the thesis.
