Annotation: Proteíny tepelného šoku (HSP) sú aktivované v odpovediach buniek na stresové podnety. Sú zahrnuté v skladaní proteínov, ich zhromažďovaní, translokácii aj degradácii a podieľajú sa na stabilizácií proteínov a membrán. HSP majú významnú úlohu aj v odpovediach a adaptácii srdcových buniek na patologické stresové podnety spojené s účinkami doxorubicínu, rozvojom diabetu a hypertenzie. Na ovplyvňovaní funkcie a hladín HSP sa významným spôsobom podieľa aj bunková redoxná signalizácia, ktorej súčasťou je dráha Nrf2.
Annotation in English: Heat stress proteins (HSPs) are activated in responses of cells to stress conditions. These proteins are involved in proteins folding, their accumulation, translocation, and degradation. Moreover, HSPs participate on proteins and membrane stabilization. HSPs play an important role also in responses and adaptation of cardiac cells to pathological stress conditions associated with effects of doxorubicin as well as with diabetes and hypertension development. Important role in modulation of function and levels of HSPs plays cellular redox signalling mediated by Nrf2 pathway.
