Annotation: Cieľom dizertačnej práce bude hľadanie vhodných reakčných podmienok, katalyzátorov a dizajnu reaktora na premenu odpadných polyalkénov na plynné alkény, ktoré možno opakovane použiť na syntézu cenných produktov. Výhodou krakovania na kyslých katalyzátoroch sú oproti tepelnému krakovaniu miernejšie podmienky, v ktorých sa zabraňuje vedľajším reakciám. V dôsledku iónového mechanizmu štiepenia je v plynoch veľa nenasýtených uhľovodíkov C3, C4, v benzínoch veľa rozvetvených alkánov a alkénov, málo diénov a neprítomnosť sírnych látok. Ako katalyzátor je možné použiť modifikované prírodné hlinky (bentonity, klinoptilolity) v kombinácii so syntetickými zeolitmi typu ZSM 5.
Annotation in English: The aim of the dissertation is to find suitable reaction conditions, catalysts and reactor design for the conversion of waste polyalkene to gaseous alkenes, which can be repeatedly used for the synthesis of valuable products. The advantage of cracking on acidic catalysts is that the conditions during catalytic cracking are more mild in comparison to the thermal cracking and side reactions are avoided. As a result of the ionic cleavage mechanism, gaseous products are composed of high amount of unsaturated hydrocarbons (C3, C4), gasolines contain many branched alkanes and alkenes, few dienes and the absence of sulfur compounds. As a catalyst, modified natural clays (bentonites, clinoptilolites) can be used in combination with synthetic ZSM 5 zeolites.
