Annotation: Práca je zameraná na enzýmovo katalyzované oxidačné kaplingy fenolických látok pomocou lakkáz a peroxidáz a hydroxylácie katalyzované krezolázami a tyrozinázami. Pracovisko má k dispozícii paletu biokatalyzátorov, analytické vybavenie aj preparatívne zariadenia
Annotation in English: The thesis is focused on enzymatic oxidative couplings of phenolic compounds by laccases and peroxidases and hydroxylations catalyzed by cresolases and tyrosinases. The work team has available scale of biocatalysts, analytical and preparative equipment
