Annotation: Glykozylačné zmeny môžu slúžiť napríklad ako biomarkery signalizujúce nástup a priebeh mnohých ochorení. Práca bude zameraná na výskum a vývoj pokročilých techník glykoanalýzy, kde budú kombinované afinitné biočipové systémy a postupy hmotnostnej spektrometrie.
Annotation in English: Glycosylation changes can serve, for example, as biomarkers signaling the onset and course of many diseases. The work will focus on research and development of advanced techniques of glycoanalysis by combining affinity biochip systems and mass spectrometry.
