Annotation: Práca je orientovaná na vývoj a aplikáciu metód pre sledovanie glykánových biomarkerov pomocou proteínových a glykoproteínových biočipov využívajúcich lektíny. Použité budú taktiež metódy hmotnostnej spektrometrie a bioinformatika.
Annotation in English: The work is focused on the development and application of methods for monitoring glycan biomarkers using protein and glycoprotein biochips using lectins. Methods of mass spectrometry and bioinformatics will be used as well.
