Annotation: Práca sa bude zaoberať možnosťou využita rastliny - Cannabis sativa, ktorá je jednoročná rastlina, rodu Cannabaceae. Hlavnou psychaktívou látkou Cannabis je tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). Rastlina je známa obsahom viac ako 1020 zlúčenín, z ktorých minimálne 125 zlúčenín je kanabinoidných. Rozdiely v chemickom zložení Canabisu spôsobujú rozličné účinky na človeka. Syntetické THC, tzv. dronabinol, neobsahuje CBD, CBN alebo iné kanabinoidy, čo je jedným z dôvodov prečo sa farmakologické účinky výrazne odlišujú od prirodzených prípravkov z konope. Dizertant by sa vo svojej práci zaoberal možnosťou izolácia zlúčenín, ktoré by mohli vykazovať proti-rakovinové účinky a zároveň by neboli psychoaktívne. Získané biologicky aktívne zlúčeniny z rastlín budú testované na špecifické druhy tumorov a antibakteriálnu aktivitu.
Annotation in English: Cannabis sativa is an annual herbaceous plant in the Cannabis genus, a species of the Cannabaceae family. Although the main psychoactive constituent of Cannabis is tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), the plant is known to contain more than 1020 compounds, among them at least 125 cannabinoids. Differences in the chemical composition of Cannabis may produce different effects in humans. Synthetic THC, called dronabinol, does not contain CBD, CBN, or other cannabinoids, which is one reason why its pharmacological effects may differ significantly from those of natural Cannabis preparations. Dizertant be in their work dealing with the possibility of isolation of the compounds that may exhibit anti-cancer effects, while not psychoactive. The obtained biologically active compounds from plants are tested for specific types of tumor and anti-bacterial activity.
