Annotation: Cieľom práce bude návrh a charakterizácia štruktúr na báze oxidov kovov a ich hetoropriechodov pre optoelektronické a senzorické aplikácie. Práca sa zameria na oxidy kovov vykazujúce polovodivé vlastnosti, akými sú Cu2O, NiO, Ga2O3 a ďalšie. Tieto oxidy kovov umožňujú vytváranie vhodných barierových štruktúr s možnosťou aplikácie pre fotodiódy, senzorické štruktúry a výkonové prvky. Hlavná časť výskumu bude venovaná elektrickej a kapacitnej charakterizácií takýchto štruktúr z hľadiska pochopenia elektro-fyzikálnych procesov transportu nosičov a ich vplyve na funkčné vlastnosti pripravených štruktúr.
Annotation in English: The aim of the thesis is preparation and characterization of metal oxides based structures and their hetero-structures for optoelectronic and sensory applications. The work will focus on metal oxides with semiconductive properties, such as Cu2O, NiO, Ga2O3 and others. These metal oxides enable the formation of suitable barrier structures with the possibility of application for photodiodes, sensory structures and power devices. The main part of the research will be devoted to the electrical and capacitive characterization of such structures in terms of understanding the electro-physical processes of carrier transport and their impact on the functional properties of the prepared structures.
