Annotation: Téma práce je zameraná na výskum v oblasti soft computing-u tvoreného výpočtovo inteligentnými metódami na riešenie skutočných problémov kombináciou špičkových technológií, ku ktorým patria neurónové siete, strojové učenie, hlboké učenie, fuzzy logika a teória pravdepodobnosti. Rôzne metódy používané v aplikovanom soft computing-u si nekonkurujú, ale spolupracujú komplementárnym spôsobom. Soft computing sa zameriava aj na toleranciu voči nepresnosti, neurčitosti, čiastočnej pravde a aproximácii, aby sa dosiahla efektívnosť a nízke náklady na riešenie. Keďže dnešné dáta majú dynamicko-rastúci potenciál (Volume, Velocity,Variety, Veracity), širšia integrácia medzi inteligentnými soft computing-ovými metódami, metódami spracovania rozsiahlych dát s podporou vysokovýkonného počítania, pomáha čeliť výzvam v mnohých oblastiach. Všetky tieto pokročilé technológie nemusia byť vždy previazané resp. použité naraz, ale ich integrácia je žiadúca pre riešenie komplexných problémov.
Annotation in English: The thesis topic is focused on applied soft computing, which constructs computationally intelligent methods by combining edge technologies such as artificial neural networks, machine learning, deep learning, as well as optimization, fuzzy logic, and probabilistics to solve real problems. Various methods used in soft computing are neither independent of nor compete with one another, but rather, they work in a cooperative and complementary way. Soft computing aims to tolerance of imprecision, uncertainty, partial truth and approximation to achieve effectiveness and low solution cost. When today data has large-scale potencial with Volume, Velocity, Variety and Veracity characteristics, the wider collaboration between intelligent soft computing methods, large-scale data preprocessing and high-performance backgrounds is practical to face challenges in many areas. All of these advanced technologies do not have to be always coupled together, but the alliance is essential for complex solutions.
