Annotation: Schopnosť merať vysokofrekvenčné elektromagnetické pole je jednou z nevyhnutných podmienok vykonávania EMC skúšok. V súčasnosti sa v senzoroch elektromagnetického poľa využíva viacero druhov detektorov. Cieľom práce je analýza vlastnosti vysokofrekvenčných detektorov z hľadiska neistôt merania. Súčasťou práce je aj nájsť vhodný model detekčnej diódy ako aj celého zapojenia detektora a nájsť vhodnú lineárnu náhradu prevodovej charakteristiky zapojenia.
Annotation in English: The ability to measure a radio frequency electromagnetic field is one of the necessary conditions for performing EMC tests. Nowadays, several detector types are used in electromagnetic field sensors. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the properties of RF detectors in terms of measurement uncertainties. The work is based on finding a suitable model of the detector diode as well as the whole detector circuit connection and find a suitable linear substitution of its characteristics.
