Annotation: Mapovanie rozloženia hluku a vibrácií v otvorenom a celotelovom NMR tomografe (Esaote Opera a TMR96), štatistická analýza ich energetických pomerov v skenovacom priestore. Skúmanie vplyvu hluku a vibrácií na fyziologické a psychologické zmeny u vyšetrovanej osoby v závislosti od intenzity a doby expozície (zmena krvného tlaku a tepovej frekvencie, zmena šírky cievneho riečiska detegovaná z MR obrazov ľudskej dlane, stresového faktora v paralelne zaznamenávanom rečovom signáli, atď.). U uchádzača sa predpokladajú znalosti z teórie vibrácií a akustického hluku, základnej fyziológie, číslicových metód spracovania signálov a obrazov ako aj schopnosť programovania v prostredí Matlab. V rámci doktorandského štúdia si doktorand rozšíri znalosti v oblasti akustiky, spracovania signálov a matematickej štatistiky, medicínskych zobrazovacích metód a modelovania biologických objektov. Téma bude riešená na ústave merania SAV.
Annotation in English: Mapping of noise and vibration distribution in the open-air and whole-body MRI device (Esaote Opera and TMR96), statistical analysis of their energy relations in the scanning area. Research of noise and vibration impact on physiological and psychological changes in an examined person depending on the intensity and duration of exposure (change in blood pressure and heart rate, width of vascular vessels detected from MR images of the human hand, stress factor in the audio signal recorded in parallel, etc.). The applicant is expected to have knowledge of the theory of vibration and acoustic noise, basic human physiology, numerical methods for signal and image processing and the ability of Matlab programming. During the study the PhD student will extend his/her knowledge of acoustics, signal processing, statistics, medical imaging methods, and modeling of biological objects The PhD thesis will be solved at IMS SAS.
