Annotation: Cieľom dizertačnej práce je spoznať praktické hranice možnosti nasadenia rôznych prístupov lineárneho prediktívneho riadenia na nízkonákladových mikroradičoch. Dizertačná práca v prvej fáze zistí praktické aplikačné obmedzenia existujúcich prístupov, porovnáva ich sub-optimalitu, pamäťové nároky a výpočtové časy. V ďalšej fáze práca navrhne algoritmické, výpočtové alebo aj hardvérové zmeny na rozšírenie aplikačných možností prediktívneho riadenia v lacných spotrebiteľských produktoch.
Annotation in English: The goal of the thesis is to uncover the practical implementation boundaries of linear model predictive control for low-cost embedded microcontrollers. In its first phase the dissertation theses will research the practical application limits of existing approaches, will compare their sub-optimality, memory requirements and execution times. In the next phase, the work shall design algorithmic, computational, or possibly, hardware improvements to extend the applicational realm of predictive control in cheap consumer products.
