Annotation: V kontinuálnom liatí monitorovanie výtoku tekutého oceľa z panvy je v praxi najčastejšie riešené pomocou jednoduchej heuristiky: operátor po dlhoročnej praxe je schopný podľa dynamického správania sa manipulátora určiť koniec procesu. Úlohou dizertanta je vytvoriť zariadenie a algoritmus, ktorý pomocou vibračnej odozvy manipulátora je schopný signalizovať koniec procesu odlievania. Na to je nutné urobiť praktické merania zrýchlenia a rýchlosti manipulátora pri odlievaní, a vytvoriť algoritmus ktorý napodobňuje heuristiku operátora. Algoritmus musí fungovať spoľahlivo na mikropočítačovom systéme, ktorý bude testovaný a overovaný v prevádzke.
Annotation in English: The monitoring of the outflow of liquid steel from the ladle in the continuous casting process is in practice solved heuristically: the employee signals the end of the process using the dynamics of the manipulator, based on his experience. The role of the doctoral student will be to create a device running an algorithm, which will be able to signal the end of the process based on the vibration response of the manipulator. This will necessitate to perform measurements in an industrial environment, then to create the algorithm emulating the heuristic behavior of the operator. The algorithm must run reliably on a microcontroller system, which will be tested and verified in real-life conditions.
