Annotation: Fyzikálno-metalurgické vlastnosti zlievarenských materiálov na báze Al-Si výrazne ovplyvňuje prítomnosť plynov a škodlivých prímesí, ku ktorým v prvom rade patrí Fe. Železo tvorí v silumíne tvrdé a krehké fázy, ktoré spôsobujú pokles pevnosti a zhoršenie plastických vlastností odliatkov. Cieľom dizertačnej práce bude výskum možností metalurgickej kompenzácie negatívneho pôsobenia železa na mechanické vlastnosti silumínov úsporným legovaním taveniny prísadami typu modifikátorov.
Annotation in English: The presence of gases and harmful contaminants, which primarily include iron affect significantly the physical-metallurgical properties of the foundry Al-Si alloys. In the Al-Si alloys, the iron forms the hard and brittle phases, which cause the drop in strength and worsening in plastic properties of castings. The aim of PhD. thesis will be to study the possibility of metallurgical offset the iron negative action on mechanical properties of Al-Si alloys by microallyoing of a liquid metal. The microallyoing additions will be of type of modifiers.
