Annotation: Starnutie ocelí má významný vplyv na dobu spracovateľnosti plechov plošným tvárnením - osobitne hlbokým ťahaním. Ešte významnejšie sa tento jav prejavuje pri tvárnení kombinovaných polotovarov (TWB), ktorých jednotlivé časti sú z materiálov s odlišnými napäťovodeformačnými vlastnosťami. Výrazne rastie nebezpečie tvorby trhlín na výťažkoch. Jedným zo spôsobov predikcie tvorby defektov je optimalizácia materiálového modelu v simuláciach hlbokého ťahania a voľba vhodnej kombinácie materiálov pre konkrétny tvar a rozmer hlbokého výťažku.
Annotation in English: The steels ageing has a significant affect on processing time of blanks by sheet metal forming – especially by deep drawing. This affect proves more remarkable during the tailor welded blanks (TWB) forming which single parts are made of materials with different stress-strain characteristics. A danger of cracks in the cups increases markedly. One of method to predict creating defects is a material model optimization in deep drawing simulation and a choice of suitable material combination for specific form and dimension of deep drawing cup.
