Summary: Práca sa bude zaoberať prítomnosťou cholesterolu v potravinách, jeho úlohami v organizme a jeho vplyvom na zdravie spotrebiteľa. V práci sa bude tiež diskutovať možnosť zníženia jeho obsahu pomocou špeciálnych technologických postupov.
