Summary: Smoothie nápoje obsahujú roznu mikrobiotu, ktorá sa do nich dostáva jednak zo surovín z ktorých je pripravená a jednak aj sekundárnou kontamináciou počas spracovania. Cieľom práce je otestovať rôzne technológie a látky prírodného charakteru, ktoré by pomohli znížiť množstvo bakttérií vo výslednom produkte.
