Summary: Charakterizácia vplyvu dvoch ochorení viniča (ESCA a Stolbur) na kvalitu hrozna. Porovnanie s kvalitou hrozna pochádzajúceho z viniča rovnakej odrodoy bez ochorenia. Zameranie na profil prchavých organických látok, hľadanie markera typického pre rozvoj danej choroby. Charakterizácia mikroorganizmov osídľujúcich plody zdravého a chorého viniča, opis ich vlastností.
