Summary: Bakalárska práca bude zameraná na vývoj metódy na sorpciu biogénnych amínov zo vzoriek putňových vín. Osobitná pozornosť sa bude venovať najmä hľadaniu vhodných pracovných podmienok (napr. čas extrakcie, vyber sorbentu a organických rozpúšťadiel) a optimizácii separačných podmienok pre rýchlu analýzu látok.
