Summary: Práca je zameraná na prípravu cereálnych výrobkov s rôznym podielom ľanovej múky. Samostatná časť práce bude venovaná sledovaniu vplyvu prídavku ľanovej múky na reologické parametre pšeničného cesta a kvalitu finálnych výrobkov.
