Summary: Diplomová práca sa bude venovať antioxidačnému potenciálu odpadnej biomasy rakytníka rešetliakového. Pomocou prístroja Oxitest sa bude hodnotiť vplyv rôzneho prídavku rakytníka rešetliakového na oxidačnú stabilizáciu pripravených cereálnych sušienok. Súčasťou práce bude senzorická analýza pripravených sušienok.
