Summary: Mäso je dôležitou zložkou ľudskej stravy a je konzumované na celom svete. Z nutričného hľadiska je veľmi cenným zdrojom bielkovín, vitamínov, nenasýtených mastných kyselín a minerálnych látok. Právom je teda považované za nenahraditeľnú zložku výživy. Porovnanie kvality mäsa bude cieľom predmetnej témy.
