Summary: Anotácia: Príprava vhodných monokryštálov pre rtg. monokryštálovu štruktúrnu analýzu. Annotation: Preparation of suitable single crystals for X-ray single crystal structure analysis. The crystal structure of potential biologically active substances will be studied. For a suitable single crystal, diffraction data is obtained and the crystal structure is solved. The results are compared with similar substances in the Cambridge structural database. Successful candidate can continue in the diploma thesis, or later as a PhD student in the experimental electronic structure.
