| Summary: | Autofágia je evolučne konzervovaný intracelulárny degradačný proces udržujúci homeostázu v bunke. Nejedná sa o priamy proces smrti bunky, ale o tzv. bunkový samokanibalizmus, pretože touto cestou si bunka degraduje vlastné proteíny, prípadne organely, a teda je schopná prežiť aj počas hladovania. Apoptóza je kontrolovaný, energeticky závislý typ bunkovej smrti a môže postihnúť samostatné bunky alebo aj ich zhluky. V tejto práci sa zameriame na sledovanie indukcie týchto dvoch typov bunkovej smrti vyvolanej cytotoxickými látkami na myšiu leukemickú líniu L1210 s alebo bez expresie P-glykoproteínu. |
