Summary: Literárna rešerš – Kritická analýza kryštalizáciou-indukovanej asymetrickej transformácie (CIAT) v syntéze enantiomérne čistých α-aminokyselín a β-aminoketónov. Experimentálna časť – Stereoselektívna syntéza univerzálneho prekurzoru pre γ-funkcionalizované α-amino-γ-oxobutánové kyseliny a β-aminoketónov. Štúdium ich transformácií na dôležité enantiomérne čisté stavebné bloky organickej syntézy. Identifikácia pripravených zlúčenín dostupnými fyzikálno – chemickými metódami.
