Summary: Študent sa zameria na izoláciu Staphylococcus sp. z rôzneho prostredia (voda, budovy, potraviny...). Úlohou študenta bude overiť citlivosti vybraných izolátov na antibiotiká,určiť faktory patogenity. Študent sa naučí používať základné mikrobiologické metódy ako aj základné techniky molekulovej biológie.
