Summary: Študentka charakterizuje rastlinu medvedí cesnak a jej využitie v potravinárstve. V praktickej časti práce stanoví chemické zloženie prášku z medvedieho cesnaku a pripraví pečivo a krekery s obsahom medvedieho cesnaku. Vyhodnotí vplyv prídavku medvedieho cesnaku na reologické vlastnosti cesta a kvalitatívne parametre pripraveného pečiva a krekrov.
