Summary: Študentka popíše ako vzniká med, jeho chemické zloženie, druhy medu, jeho vlastnosti a spôsoby spracovania. V praktickej časti práce bude sledovať kvalitatívne parametre vybraných druhov medu a vplyv jeho spracovania na obsah nežiaducich látok.
