Summary: Práca je zameraná na kvantifikáciu rastu a správania sa druhu Geotrichum candidum v oblasti za optimálnymi teplotami pre jeho rast. V ďalšej časti práce je cieľom charakterizovať vzájomné vzťahy tohto druhu s baktériami mliečneho kysnutia počas ich spoločnej kultivácie.
