Summary: Študentka charakterizuje pšeničné otruby, ich zloženie, využitie v cereálnej technológii a metódy ich stabilizácie. V experimentálnej časti práce bude stabilizovať pšeničné otruby vybranými metódami. Stabilizované otruby budú použité pri výrobe cereálnych výrobkov.
