Summary: Študentka charakterizuje jednotlivé druhy jedlého hmyzu a možnosti jeho využitia v cereálnych výrobkoch. V experimentálnej časti práce budú vyrobené cereálne výrobky s prídavkom prášku z cvrčkov a stanovia sa ich kvalitatívne parametre.
