Summary: Diplomová práca sa bude venovať získavaniu antioxidantov z odpadnej biomasy rakytníka rešetliakového a viniča hroznorodého. Bude sa sledovať vplyv rôzneho zloženia extrakčných rozpúšťadiel na získavanie fenolických látok. V práci sa bude analyzovať celkový obsah polyfenolov a flavonoidov pomocou spektrálnych metód.
