Summary: Študent sa v priebehu práce zoznámi s metabolizmom kardiolipínu, jedinečného mitochondriálneho fosfolipidu. Pretestuje fenotyp viacerých mutantov, ktoré sú defektné v jeho syntéze, modifikácii alebo degradácii. Pokúsi sa nájsť biologickú funkciu enzýmov, ktoré môžu byť na základe podobnosti s inými kvasinkami zapojené do metabolizmu kardiolipínu.
