Summary: Kvalitatívna a kvantitatívna analýza mykobioty vnútorného prostredia remeselných výrobní tradičných parených syrov na severnom Slovensku. Teoretická štúdia o doteraz známych mykotoxínoch a iných toxických metabolitoch izolátov. Skríning vybraných izolátov na produkciu známych mykotoxínov metódou tenkovrstvovej chromatografie. Intepretácia výsledkov.
