Summary: Práca bude zameraná na fermentačnú prípravu hydroperoxidlyázy a následný scale-up jej produkcie. Pripravený biokatalyzátor bude využitý na syntézu bioaróm v rámci kaskády lipoxygenázy. V prvej časti bude vyhotovená literárna rešerš zhodnocujúca aktuálny stav problematiky. V druhej, experimentálnej, časti bude optimalizovaná produkcia samotného enzýmu ako aj jeho využitie na syntetické účely.
