Topic specifications:1. Analysis, implementation and evaluation of existing hardware sorting architectures and their efficiency through comparison of their synthesis results.

2. Design of new hardware architecture for data sorting in real-time systems in order to minimize their logic/area cost and power consumption.

3.Design of task scheduling hardware in multiple-core real-time systems in order to increase the number of tasks that meet their deadlines. Extension of the task scheduling hardware for mixed-critical real-time systems in order to increase their flexibility and robustness.

4. Verification of designed architectures, comparison with existing solutions and evaluation of their benefits.
