|Project description:||This project is concerned with establishing of new truss (beam) finite element with variation of the cross-sec-tional characteristics and with varying material properties for electro-thermo-mechanical analysis. Thermal dependence of the elasticity modulus, thermal and electrical conductivity will be considered. This element will be used for multiphysical analysis of the actuators and the another micro electro-mechanical systems and devices. The derived relations of the new element will be implemented into the FEM-computer program. The effectiveness and accuracy of this element will be examined, and the results of numerical experiments will be studied and evaluated.|
