Project description:The project is focused on solving of complex tasks in the area of technology process control and in the area of the technology process itself in case of surface material engineering based on laser and electron beam processes. Within the project, the criteria for mechatronic complex optimisation of particular technologies will be defined. The theoretical issues in the area of monitoring and diagnostics of laser process will be studied. Also, the theoretical aspects of structural and thermic influence of powder surfacing will be investigated. Model systems will serve for study of the influence of the basic parameters of laser and electron beam surfacing on the structure of deposited layer and the quality of joints. The influence of parameters and conditions of technological surface processing on the quality of created layers will be investigated, with the aim to design and verify new technological procedures in the area of laser and electron beam surfacing usable in industry production.
