|Project description:||The project aims to evaluate and compare the disinfectants (chlorine, hypochlorite, chloramine, chlorine dioxide,ozone, UV radiation) to ensure the health of drinking water, for monitoring changes in water quality in selected distribution systems after application of various disinfectants, to monitor the effectiveness and stability of selected disinfectants in terms of microbiological and biological pollution, factors affecting the formation of disinfection by-products and their health aspects, to develop a methodology for optimal selection of disinfectant,respectively their combinations, depending on the quality of input water to ensure the required quality of drinking water.|
