|Project description:||The main objective of the project is improving the quality of education and cognitive education through systematic development of selected cognitive and metacognitive abilities of students. The immanent part of this objective is the implementation of innovative methods into the teaching process in the form of various types of argumentation software. The understanding of logical structure of the argument is often fairly difficult for students. The ability of logically correct argumentation is a prerequisite for forming (and construction) of all types of a specific texts. Software programs for the development of argumentation and explanatory skills (e.g. Rationale, Araucaria, iLogos,Argumentative - Argument Map Software and others) help students to realize a critical analysis of scientific texts by using transparent argumentation schemes with clearly defined relationship between the basic elements.|
